Purchases made on Fondo Montebello website are governed by the Italian law on distance selling, made outside business places (Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999).
If you make a mistake on your order and you received an item you do not want, or you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 working days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product and be refunded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send back the package within 10 days since you received the goods. We will accept the return of any item, provided that it is intact and in good condition, refunding the full amount.
A copy of the delivery note (or invoice, when required) must be included in the shipping carton (which must be properly packaged), otherwise the shipment will be at your charge as required by law.

Right of withdrawal notice must be sent by registered mail with return receipt within a period of 10 working days from the receipt of goods. This communication can be anticipated by fax (0536 944 067), as long as confirmed by a Registered Letter with return receipt within 48 hours.
In case you receive damaged or decayed goods, notify us within 5 working days, via email or fax (0536 944 067).
We will call the courier to collect the parcel at our expense and we will proceed to process a new order.
